Refunds All sales are final! PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY - FOR OBVIOUS REASONS, PATTERNS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. However, if you received the wrong item, or a piece is missing from your pattern, I will be happy to correct the error. Methods of Payment I accept PayPal for all orders. For U.S. orders only, I will also accept Checks or Money Orders. For international orders, I will also accept International Money Orders for US Funds only. Ordering by Mail Either fill in the order form and print it off or print it off and write in the patterns you want to buy. Be sure to type or print your name and address clearly and in full! Also, please make sure your zip code is correct. Your order can be easily lost if the zip code is not right! Click here to go to the printable order form. International Orders This is rather lengthy, but PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! I DO accept orders outside the USA! I will ship anywhere in the world. Orders are sent International First Class or International Priority (depending on weight). BUT..........There are a couple of things you need to know: First - Due to the higher cost of shipping outside the US, buyers from other countries will be charged more for shipping. This does NOT include Canada and Mexico. Second - If an international order gets lost in the mail, I will NOT resend it. It's just too costly for me. If you live in another country and want to place an order, you can use the shopping carts to
order. I will then send you a
PayPal "request for payment" for the additional amount of postage needed for me to ship your order internationally. An alternative way to order: If
you prefer, you can Email me and tell me what patterns you want
and what
country you live in. I will email you back and tell you how much the shipping will be. Patterns are shipped by weight, so I MUST have the name & number of the patterns you want. If you have a PayPal account, you can then pay for your order through PayPal by sending the money to my email address. If you do NOT have a PayPal account, let me know and I can send you a PayPal "request for payment" with the total amount owed including the shipping. The request for payment will explain how to use PayPal to pay for your order. I only accept international orders through PayPal or International Money Orders. Shipping Information:

$5.00
to $7.99 - total shipping $2.50
$8.00 to
$10.99 - total shipping $3.50
$11.00 to $19.99 - total shipping $4.00 $20.00 and over - total shipping $5.00 These rates will automatically be added at checkout when you use the PayPal Shopping Carts. She has jointed arms and legs and her fingers are articulated I do not have a catalog because my inventory changes frequently as I add to my collection. Several have requested a list of my patterns along with the price of each pattern. I have now added the number and the price of each pattern to the Pattern Index page so it can be printed off and used as a reference. |
